Post-war America saw a boom in infrastructure development, and to meet that need there was a need for heavy-duty equipment that could do the job. Caterpillar was up for the task, and this 1946 film shows why - it showcases the D6, D7 and D8 bulldozers hard at work cutting new road, building ditches, pushing scrapers, and making a very good showing for the title "Boss of the Bulldozers."
