Luck Stone launches digital platform for 24/7 access to products and services
Luck Stone is set to launch JobSight, a digital platform allowing customers 24/7 access to place orders, manage accounts, track deliveries and more. JobSight will launch in October 2020.
As a technology solution offering enhanced insight into each order placed with Luck Stone, JobSight provides customers with the ability to:
- Order anytime - place an order online, anytime, day or night. Luck Stone associates will confirm the order and ensure accurate delivery.
- Track trucks - run jobs more efficiently with access to real-time truck tracking and the ability to drop pins in exact delivery locations.
- Go paperless - manage accounts with the ability to download digital tickets, review invoices and pay online to take advantage of early payment discounts.
- Access product information - easily access product testing results to confirm quality and support project designs.
Leveraging over a decade of experience building customer-facing technology, the company's in-house team spent just over a year in research and development on JobSight.
