Terex Washing Systems set to unveil their latest innovative modular washing concept
Terex Washing Systems (TWS) is set to unveil their latest modular concept at Hillhead 2018 , which, they say, is set to be an innovative ‘game changer' in the construction and demolition (C&D) waste recycling market.
According to TWS, quarry operators can look forward to more intelligent ways to wash sand, gravel, aggregates, and C&D waste thanks to this new high-performance solution that brings together rinsing, screening, scrubbing and sand-washing capabilities on a single plant.
This latest offering, which has been months in design and development, and engineered specifically with large-scale production processing in mind, has primarily been designed for the efficient processing of C&D waste but is equally suited to virgin material applications.
Designed and built for robustness and reliability, the plant will have the capability to produce up to six grades of saleable product.
In addition, Hillhead 2018 will provide the stage for the global premiere of TWS' new water-management offering, Terex AquaClear. The range includes clarifying tanks, flocculent-dosing systems, filter presses (pictured) and all associated equipment, allowing TWS to offer an end-to-end solution for washing and water management.
TWS have a dedicated technical team to support Terex AquaClear, consisting of a product manager, engineers and applications specialists, together with a new cutting-edge laboratory specifically designed for material testing and sample pressing. This will ensure optimum equipment selection and specification for customers.
TWS director Oliver Donnelly commented: ‘These new and innovative wash solutions will help to revolutionize the washing market on a global level - testament to our commitment to providing enhanced and unique washing solutions to meet customers' and market needs.
‘There is an evident economic strengthening taking place with a renewed confidence in the industry. To that end, we look forward to providing more aggregate and sand-washing solutions for more customers around the world.'
TWS have also announced that an exclusive UK finance offer will be available at the show, through Terex Financial Services (TFS). Mr Donnelly said: ‘This presents a fantastic opportunity for our customers to avail of an attractive finance package, designed to make TWS machines more affordable. The offer will help customers access the finance they need, so they can purchase the equipment that enables them to operate more efficiently and cost-effectively. Industries such as construction, mining, energy, utilities and forestry, face many challenges when it comes to tracking assets and employees. Equipment often has to be transferred between locations, or monitored while it is dormant during off seasons. Lone workers may have to travel long distances or visit multiple sites during the course of their activities. And, all of this is further complicated today with shifting supply chains and economic realities putting further strain on the bottom line.
