GIE-EXPO 2012 set for October 24th start
GIE+EXPO is the landscaping industry's largest annual trade show. The show is co-located with Hardscape North America, and takes place from October 24-26 at the Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville, Kentucky. GIE-EXPO 2012 includes 750 exhibits – all in one 425,700-sq.-ft. exhibit hall, and a 19 acre Outdoor Demonstration Area, within easy walking distance of the indoor exhibits, as well as featured industry speakers, workshops, training, and a New Products Showcase.
Attendees of the show will see the latest in outdoor power equipment, from handheld equipment to the largest commercial mowers, as well as skid steer loaders and compact excavators, along with trucks, snow and ice handling equipment, and a wide range of products and technologies for all aspects of professional landscaping.
The show will also include: The Professional Grounds Management Society 2012 School of Grounds Management (details below); Dealer Day – The show floor will be open exclusively for dealers and distributors on Wednesday, October 24; a chance to win in the $10,000 Friday Giveaway and a $2,000 travel package to the show; a free reception for dealers, distributors and exhibitors; a Dealer Resource Pavilion; and three free concerts.
