Concrete Piling Saw Cuts Tops Off With Minimal Operator Fatigue

A pneumatic saw and track system that can be attached to concrete pilings to even off the tops and casings or remove old piles in one piece to simplify reprocessing is available from ESCO Tool of Holliston, MA.

The ESCO APS-438 Concrete Piling Saw features a 14” fiberglass reinforced blade that rapidly cuts concrete up to 5” thick and is ideal for evening off the tops of piles up to 60” dia. and for cutting casings.  Fully supported on a trolley that rolls along an easy to install FlexTrack® system, this air-powered saw speeds pile cutting and minimizes operator fatigue.

Suitable for cutting construction pilings evenly without compromising the reinforcing bars, the ESCO APS-438 Concrete Piling Saw can produce ±1/16” cutting accuracy when the FlexTrack® system is mounted to a smooth surface.   The track attaches easily in 6 ft. sections and the concrete pile cutter saw has a 3 HP pneumatic motor and operates on 90 psi @ 80 CFM.
