Self-climbing formwork

PERI modular self climbing systems – ACS Automatic Climbing System and RCS Rail Climbing System – have protection panels which completely enclose floors under construction. The panels provide protection against wind and weather, and serve as fall barriers. PERI’s experienced engineers and technicians provide orientation, advice and support at the construction site. Operation is crane independent and is not affected by weather conditions, so construction schedules can be maintained. Climbing operation is quick and safe due to securely anchored rail-guided climbing and crane-independent hydraulic climbing devices. Any uneven load distribution is adjusted by the hydraulic system, ensuring the platforms are always climbing in a horizontally level position.
