To help maintain construction equipment, Climax Portable Machine Tools offers a line of boring and welding machines specially designed to bore and weld simultaneously. Available for rent or purchase, refurbished or new, the machines are ideal for on-site repairs on most equipment. The tools can machine bore in tractor frames, lifting mechanisms, bridge pieces, attachments, and other industrial types of equipment – anything that has a moving part that needs to be replaced or repaired.
To keep maintenance staff up-to-date on the latest machining techniques, Climax has developed two- or five-day intensive training programs on its portable machine tools. Both classroom and hands-on learning ensure employees are properly trained on the machines and tools they use. Enhanced productivity and safety are stressed during the course.
