PTO-driven snowthrowers move snow up to 30 feet
Grasshopper’s PTO-driven snowthrowers are designed to deliver “no-clog” performance, even in deep or heavy, wet snows, and a discharge spout controlled from the operator’s seat rotates a full 180 degrees to propel snow up to 30 feet away. Available in 48- and 60-inch models, these snowthrowers feature heavy-gauge welded steel construction, a high-speed 12-inch-diameter auger and a heavy-duty replaceable scraper blade for reliability and long life.
An exclusive QuikConverter implement system lets users remove their mowing deck and add a snowthrower in minutes, without tools, and an optional winter enclosure (for 700 and 900 Series models) as well as a 6,000 BTU/hr heater (for liquid-cooled models) are available. Units are compatible with all Grasshopper zero-turn FrontMount mowers. Also recently available are PTO-driven rotary broom attachments that handle dirt, debris, slush and snow. Units are available in 48- and 60-inch models.
