The new Atlas Copco HB 3600 breaker fits the 38- to 69-ton carrier weight class. It delivers 46 percent more performance per ton of service weight and offers a 30 percent higher efficiency compared with other hydraulic breakers in this class. Similar results can be obtained with lower breaker weight, meaning that a smaller excavator can be chosen, which reduces cost. Thanks to energy recovery, it is possible to exceed a 100 percent output without increasing the hydraulic input during peak periods. With constant impact energy given, the HB 3600 is able to increase blow frequency and therefore to boost percussive performance.
The HB 3600 comes with features such as PowerAdapt, StartSelect and AutoCon-trol, ContiLube II, DustProtector II and VibroSilenced. The original ProCare service contract completes a power package.
