Pond conditioner screens out algae, boosts oxygen

Nature’s Pond Conditioner is an environmentally-friendly multi-purpose algaestat. Released into the pond per the manufacturer’s instructions, this product first produces a colour-specific screen that shades a pond from photosynthesis-inhibiting algae blooms. Simultaneously, a proprietary blend of all natural and beneficial reproducing bacteria is released to scour the water column of soluble nutrients, thereby depriving algae of nutrients. As these microbes feed on waste, unconsumed fish feed and decayed plant life, a pond becomes “nutritionally balanced” retaining more oxygen and respiring more efficiently.
