Big tractor features in a subcompact size

Cub Cadet Yanmar recently announced the launch of the Sc2400 Sub-Compact Tractor. The Sc2400 is designed for those users wanting more power and versatility than a garden tractor, but who are not quite ready for a bigger compact utility tractor. For ease-of-use, the Sc2400 features a “Shift-On-The-Go” transmission that allows users to change ranges without stopping the tractor. Units are powered by a three-cylinder liquid cooled, 24 hp Yan-mar diesel engine. This in-direct diesel engine has a specially-designed combustion chamber in which the air charge enters at both a higher volume and greater pressure, in turn creating a better fuel mixture.
