Controller protects against severe environments
The New Twido Extreme is an easily programmable controller for automated control systems that is robust and is designed for industrial and commercial machines to withstand extreme temperatures as low as -40 degrees C and as high as +110 degrees C. The New Twido Extreme is used in applications such as remote pump water stations, refuse collection vehicles, road sweepers, cement mixers, harvesters and agricultural vehicles. It is powered by 12 or 24 VDC and has a capacity of 41 I/O digital/analogue or PWM. Modbus, CANopen and CAN J1939 protocols are integrated.

The IP67 metal enclosure ensures high resistance to humidity and severe environmental effects such as corrosion, climate and mechanical wear and tear. It is resistant to shock and vibration and also provides efficient protection against overvoltages, chemicals and abrasive products and resistance to fuel oil and machine oils. The PWM signal for sensor/controller offer high reliability due to its high immunity to interference. The New Twido Extreme Controller is CSA, UL and CE certified.
