Wacker is offering two new portable generator models that combine the innovative technology of a premium generator with the Wacker engine to provide an industry best value. The GP 2600 is powered by a Wacker WM 170, 6-hp engine and the GP 4000 is powered by a Wacker WM 270, 9-hp engine. These overhead cam (OHC) engines bring current automotive technology to portable generators resulting in more power, fuel efficiency, quieter operation and easier starting than OHV engine-powered generators.
