Attachments and buckets to be displayed
Rockland Manufacturing, the Bedford, PA-based manufacturer of buckets and attachments, will display some of its most innovative products, as well as its standard equipment, in two separate booths. In Booth # N-2459 in the North Hall, Rockland will exhibit its Progressive Link Thumb, which follows the bucket's motion for precise load handling and placement; the SR Grapple Rake that works with a skid steer; the Klac Coupler for compact excavators, a low-maintenance coupler that reduces attachment changing time; and the EZ Dig Bucket, with a unique design of two or three shallow, superposed buckets, that provides double the capacity of a normal bucket while easily tackling got sticky, hard, rocky or root-filled trenching applications.
In in the Central Hall, Rockland will feature the HD-V Rock Bucket, a 9-yd-capacity, heavy-duty bucket with a modified spade nose. This tough bucket features a sloped-bottom design that minimizes bottom and corner wear, and replaceable skid shoes to keep the bucket bottom off of the quarry floor.
Its fully supportive bracket foundations - from the loader brackets to the cutting edge - further increase bottom strength. The HD-V is customizable to machine and application.
