Arnco has developed a totally new UltraLite flatproofing material that is about 60 percent lighter than polyurethane fill and is specifically designed for slower-speed, light-duty equipment such as riding lawn tractors, golf and utility carts, and truck-mounted forklifts. UltraLite is a liquid polymer that is injected into a new pneumatic tire assembly and replaces all the air. The material solidifies into lightweight flexible foam, and the result is a flat-free and maintenance-free tire.
