Wacker Neuson flex shaft vibration for concrete consolidation

The new HMS flex shaft vibration system “M” electric motors, M1500 and M2500, combined with a variety of heads and shafts, provide optimum concrete consolidation. The 2-hp M1500 and 2.5-hp M2500 are lighter than previous models and offer long service life with carbon brushes that last up to 500 hours of run time. Also contributing to these motors’ long life is the double insulated construction with increased thermal capacity and the dual air filter. This flex shaft system allows contractors to combine a variety of flex shafts, ranging from 1.5 to 30 feet and vibrator heads that include diameters from 1 to 2.75 inches. The new motors are adaptable to all shaft and head combinations.
