Wacker Neuson has added two new mobile generator models to its growing line of industrial application products. The new G625 and G1100 provide all the power that is needed for larger, industrial applications. Both models are equipped with load sharing/paralleling, allowing these generator to be easily scaled up to meet even higher power demands. The integration of many standard features provides ease of operation and maintenance. A digital controller monitors and protects the generators and engines while providing continuous operating data on easy to read LCD displays.

Wacker Neuson’s new industrial grade generators feature a Deep Sea 8610 controller and motorized circuit breaker that allows load sharing/paralleling operation. The connections provide for synchronized communication between generators. Extensive premium features include battery disconnect switch, circulation coolant heater, engine oil drain with manual pump, low coolant shutdown, dual stage Racor fuel filter with water separation and battery charger are all included as standard. Also standard are environmentally friendly “green” features that include a 110-percent fluid containment with liquid level alarm, fuel level gauge at fill point and no mess oil and radiator drains. Both units also feature a 3-way fuel supply valve that allows for easy switching from on-board fuel tank to external bulk fuel tanks.

The G625 is powered by a rugged 810 horsepower, 6-cylinder Volvo Tier 2 diesel engine and is housed in a heavy-duty sound attenuated enclosure which is perfect of job sites requiring quiet operation. This “1/2-meg” generator is available in skid or trailer mount and produces 500 kW (625 kVA) prime power and 550 kW (688 kVA) standby power. Simple voltage selection is made with the use of a two position link board to reduce connection errors.

The G1100 is powered by a 1490 horsepower, 12-cylinder Cummins Tier 2 diesel engine and is housed in a heavy duty, 20-foot ISO container capable of operation up to 113-degrees Fahrenheit (45-degrees Celsius). The sound-attenuated enclosure is designed for larger applications requiring quiet operation. This “1-meg” industrial generator produces 920 kW (1150 kVA) prime power and 1015 kW (1269 kVA) standby power.
