Atlas Copco Construction Equipment Canada Appoints Rob Johnston as Business Line Manager – Portable Energy Division

Atlas Copco Construction Equipment Canada has appointed Rob Johnston to be Business Line Manager – Portable Energy Division, effective July 6, 2015, based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Johnston is currently Factory Product Manager for Atlas Copco Portable Energy located in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

 According to the company, Johnston is returning to the Canadian construction equipment organisation from his current position as Factory Product Manager at Rock Hill, South Carolina, where he was responsible for the management of a large portfolio of Atlas Copco Portable Energy equipment. Prior to his time in Rock Hill, Rob was an integral member of the Atlas Copco Construction Equipment team in Canada where he held the position of Western Regional Sales Manager.

Having also previously held roles within Cat Rentals/Finning, Johnston brings a wealth of knowledge of the Canadian construction equipment market coupled with extensive product knowledge in all Portable Energy products.

Atlas Copco says that Johnston's previous experience and product knowledge in conjunction with his strong customer focus and dedication, position him well to deliver further growth to the Portable Energy business across Canada.
