Kinshofer attachments ideal for wide range of materials from scrap to biomass

For forestry biomass, including waste logs or larger branches, KINSHOFER offers specialized wood and timber grabs in the T-series, for excavators with an operating weight from 3 tonnes to 100 tonnes.

KINSHOFER offers a wide range of attachments, from tiny cable buckets for landscaping construction excavators with just 1-t operating weight, up to giant clamshell buckets and monstrous scrap shears for excavators with up to 100-t operating weight. For handling biomass on industrial or harbour sites, choosing the right attachment for the job depends on the kind of “mass” you want to grab. Wherever giant cranes, pneumatic vacuum elevators (grain blowers) or conveyors are not available or possible, classical grabbing devices should be the first choice. Attached to an excavator, their mobility makes them extra attractive.

ALLU introduces TS Drum Assembly

ALLU has introduced the new, patented ALLU TS® drum assembly construction, which allows customers in construction and recycling applications to achieve flexibility in performing multiple jobs with one unit, just by repositioning standard screening blades. Manufactured for the ALLU D-Series material processor attachment for excavators, loaders and other carriers - Allu screener crusher bucket frames - the core of the ALLU TS technology is the configuration of the screening blades that spin between the screening combs. The end product size is defined by the space between the combs, and different fragment sizes can be achieved simply by repositioning the combs. Because the screening combs carry most of the material weight, the drums and bearings experience less impact and load. The design of the assembly ensures the machine works well in wet and dry materials without clogging.

Drum cutter attachment for demolition robot line

Husqvarna introduces the DC 200 drum cutter, a new attachment for the DXR demolition robot product line. The DC 200 is a versatile attachment made for surface profiling rock or concrete, trenching, excavating frozen soil, soft rock excavation in quarries, demolition and dredging. The 56 tungsten carbide-tipped picks on each side of the machine rotate and chip away at the surface material to the desired depth or complete removal. If the material is not completely removed, a smoother, more uniform surface results as well as smaller, finer grain sizes so material can be removed more easily or used as back fill without additional crushing. The DC 200 is suitable for use on restricted jobsites and sensitive urban areas due to the low noise and low vibration levels.
